Our 4 day Scuba Camp is a summer day camp that will introduce kids to the underwater world and teach them all about Scuba Diving! Campers will have loads of fun swimming, snorkeling and SCUBA diving in our pools, learning about local fish and wildlife and how to be stewards of our ocean environment.

Trip Report - 4/8/2012 - Ocean City, MD
Had a great Easter dive today out of Ocean City, MD! Left the dock aboard "OC Dive Boat" around 7:30am and headed to the African Queen for two dives. Bottom temps were around 50 degrees, not bad at all for April! Viz was 15-20 ft. Got a couple nice tog and plenty of sun!

Becoming a Divemaster is the first step along the path of being a dive professional. As a Divemaster, you can lead dives, assist with training courses, and work on a dive boat. Our "On Board" Divemaster trainingcourse will get you ahead in your goal of being a dive professional and provide you with actual experience in the dive industry.
The program consists of four days of diving off our boat alongside our crew, as well as some additional confined water sessions. You DO NOT have to do all four days in a row; you can do them on your schedule within the dive season. Each of the four days you are on the boat, you will be asked to complete portions of the PADI Divemaster Certificationpractical application workshops, assessments, and other assignments.
* Price includes 4 days of wreck diving!

Zone 3 / Depth: 70 ft
A 311 ft Balao-class submarine built during World War II, seeing action in Korea as well as WWII. She saw service until she was retired and sunk as part of the Maryland Artificial Reef Program.

Through a personal encounter we hope to show the beauty and importance of sharks, and that sharks have much more to fear from us than we do from them. A healthy ocean needs sharks, and they need out understanding and protection.
